Inventory

You are here:

What is the need addressed?

The Inventory section gives you a list of all players registered in the project and allows you to edit numerous particularities (player registration and deregistration, distribution, segmentation, location, etc.) either massively or individually.

When you login, the list of players you have registered on the Admira platform will be displayed.

Inventory views

This is the section where you will control the units in your circuit and where you will be able to make changes that affect their operation. There is also the possibility to filter by different options (name, criteria, status, etc.) to work on one or more of them.

The actions that can be carried out in this section can be divided into those that apply to a particular player and those that apply to multiple computers.

Add player

It is possible to create a dummy player on the platform for the purpose of testing or pre-configuring a computer that has not yet been installed. This player will not be linked to a real computer that plays content and will not be licensed. For this, the player has to be activated.

Player activation

This provides a license to a player on the platform and links it to the real device. An activation code will need to be entered.

Location

It shows the location of the players on the Google Maps world map and you can move over it. However, for them to appear on the map, a location must first be added to the player. This is done in the section explained above Show Details.

A dashboard will first be displayed which provides a direct overview of the connectivity status of your circuit, showing the number of players in each status: ActiveOffline or Stopped.

Location

elow is an interactive map, showing each of the players in a geo-localized manner. The colour of each dot indicates the connectivity status of the player in question.

Mapa

For ease of viewing, players that are geographically very close to each other (depending on the zoom level selected) are grouped into a numbered bubble.. This option can be disabled by unchecking the Grouped box in the upper left corner.

In addition, you can customize the colours assigned to each connectivity status by clicking the Edit button on the top bar.

Location

In the pop-up window you can change each status to the colour you want.

Edit visualization

It is even possible to assign different colours for offline players depending on the length of time they are inactive. This is useful if, for example, you want to differentiate players who are offline for less than 48 hours because their establishments do not open at weekends.
